Made-to-Order Products

Each Reggaefy item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Producing items on demand helps reduce overproduction and supports more sustainable manufacturing.

Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to process traditional exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, the fastest option is to place a new order for the desired item.

Once your account is approved, you will find both your personal coupon code and your unique referral link on this dashboard. These are yours only — they are how we track your sales.

Step 2 — Share your code and link with your audience

Post your coupon code on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or wherever your followers are. Tell them to use your code at checkout on reggaefy.com to get a discount. You can also share your referral link — anyone who clicks it and makes a purchase will also be tracked to you automatically.

Step 3 — Earn commission on every sale

Every time someone uses your coupon code or clicks your referral link and makes a purchase, you earn a commission. Track your earnings right here on this dashboard in real time.

Quick FAQ

Why must my coupon code be unique?

Your code is how the system knows the sale came from you. Two affiliates cannot share the same code.

Should I use the coupon code or the referral link?

We recommend promoting your coupon code first — it is easier to share and works 100% of the time. The referral link is a great backup, but it relies on browser cookies which can sometimes be cleared or blocked.

Do I need to use both?

No. Your coupon code alone is enough. But using both gives you the best chance of tracking every sale.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are reviewed and paid out monthly. You can see your pending balance on this dashboard.

Returns & Refund Policy 

Returns 

We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your  order. 

To qualify for a return, items must be: 

  • Unworn and unused 
  • In the same condition as received 
  • With original tags attached 
  • In original packaging 
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase 

To initiate a return, please email us at support@reggaefy.com with your order number and  reason for return. 

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.  Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can  review the issue and resolve it promptly. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are not eligible for return, including: 

  • Personalized or custom-made products 
  • Perishable goods 
  • Personal care items 
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 
  • Sale items 
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back. 

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest process is to submit a return request for the  original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item. 

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your  refund. 

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that  processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and processed within 3–5 business days. 

During high-volume periods or new collection launches, processing times may extend by an  additional 2–3 business days. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping & Delivery 

Estimated delivery times: 

  • United States: 5–10 business days after shipment 
  • International: 7–14 business days after shipment 

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier service. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Final shipping costs will be displayed before you  complete your purchase.
