Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at support@reggaefy.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
